Catastrophic Healthcare Coverage

US citizens over 30 years of age are forbidden from purchasing catastrophic healthcare coverage for bills greater than $25,000, which would allow them to just pay cash for other healthcare costs. In an effort to force healthy patients to subsidise the healthcare costs of the unhealthy while allowing insurance companies to profit. This restriction should be repealed.
